PONY introduced great innovations at the last edition of EXPOdetergo, confirming its leading position on the market.

A new double-buck shirt finisher was on display together with other important innovations on different machines.

TWINS was the key player, attracting the interest of the media and press, who gave great prominence to the “ revolutionary machine ironing 100 shirts per hour” through several articles published on main local and national newspapers.

This machine draws on our many years of manufacturing experience and on other Pony machines already on the market, like ANGEL and EAGLE, to meet the ultimate goal of producing a unique machine easy to use and install which, thanks to the recycle of hot air , allows to press up to 100 shirts per hour with a reduced steam consumption for an effective energy saving.

Despite the extraordinary performances, the machine has compact size, it can be easily moved and installed without disassembling it and, with a few precautions, can enter a standard 90 cm door.

Extremely fast working cycles and very high production outputs make the TWINS compete with the top world producers of professional finishing systems, but with the added value of the Italian quality in the finishing touches and details.

The EAGLE shirt finisher was introduced at the show in the “Total electric “ version.

It does not require a steam or water connection but it works with a simple plug.

According to the productivity required, two different operation modes can be selected: ECO with a reduced energy consumption (18 KW) and PRO for the highest drying speed ( 25 KW).

A display monitors the instant energy consumption of the machine and, according to the energy availability of the installation, automatically switches from one mode to the other for a smart energy management when there is other equipment working.

Paired with the new electric collar and cuff press, it’s the brilliant solution for every shirt laundry.
