CLEAN SHOW 2009

Despite the current situation and the location - unhappy choice if compared to Las Vegas which historically is more attractive for visitors, allowing them to combine perfectly business and tourism - even this edition of the Clean Show ended up to be quite satisfactory.

Exhibiting our machines at this show was an accurate business choice, in order to have a wider spreading of PONY’s trademark on the US market, where we believe we stand good chances for the future, thanks also to the fact that long ago we obtained ETL approval for our machines.

Pony seized this opportunity to introduce a new selection of very reliable, technologically advanced machines, which drew the visitors’ attention, both local and internationl ones.

MPT-DP2 - Topper with pneumatic tensioning of the waist, front paddle and anatomic, heated form. It also has pleat paddles to fix the waist darts and set the pleats.

This makes it the ideal solution for finishing "classic" trousers.

For "casual" trousers and jeans the pleat paddles can be excluded.

Legs are tensioned by a pneumatic trolley which can also be provided with a photocell for automatic clamping and starting of the cycle.

The hem is clamped by indipendent, pivoting clamps.

For velvet trousers or fine tissues, the external clamps can be replaced by special clamps which block the trousers on their inside, without marking them.

The working cycles are set by a microprocessor with 100 savable programs.

At the end of each cycle the trolley lowers a few centimeters allowing the operator to easily pull the trousers off without damaging the quality of the work.

404 – This machine is the ideal solution for productive realities where one needs to have a certain flexibility in the finishing process going from finishing shirts to jackets and coats in general.

The form finisher model 404 can be easily set by pushing a selector for either wet garment finishing (shirts and gowns) or dry cleaned garment finishing (jackets in general).

Thanks to its practical qualities and upgraded technical features, you can achieve excellent finishing quality and production also with non-qualified personnel even after a short training.

Working cycles can be set either manually or with a microprocessor.

FORMPLUS – A form finisher with vertical and lateral tensioning, particularly suitable for wet-cleaned clothes.

Thanks to a photocell, the dummy is automatically positioned, according to the garment size.

The operating cycles are handled through a microprocessor with savable programs, and can be set with three options: automatic cycle, semi-automatic cycle, and also manual cycle.

Steam flow, duration and temperature, as well as hot air flow, can be set.

This machine is also available with a steam iron for retouching pockets and collars, by request.

SILVER - A complete, versatile ironing table, with three functions: vacuum, blowing and steaming.

It's designed to aim at saving energy (heating elements from 4 kW) and also ironing with a cold board.

This machine is also available for ironing on both sides.

In order to get the best from Silver, we suggest you to iron with point to the right, so that you can hold the iron with your right hand while using the blowing function, handling the clothes with your left hand.

We all know that beside granting high quality, leaving neither marks due to stitches nor a bright effect on dark tissues, the blowing-ironing technique also quickens the ironing process with positive consequences on the consumptions.

Its powerful three-phase, vacuum-blowing motor grants high-level performances.

The iron can be provided with a trolley, in order to reduce fatigue for the operator, and with overhead lighting for a better lighting of the working area.

The board can also be provided with swinging arms with shapes for sleeves and a second stainless-steel, swinging arm with spotting shape and guns.

JOLLY/S - Professional, stainless-steel spotting table for steam-spotting.

Provided with large working board and swinging arm for sleeve spotting.

Steam is available in three different options: dry, wet, and a mix of steam and water.

Its powerful suction is concentrated on both the nose of the board and the swinging arm.

Jolly/s is also provided with a heated, compressed-air gun, for a quick drying phase on the treated parts and preventing stains from spreading.

This spotting table can be connected to central vacuum and compressed air, or be provided with built-in vacuum.

By request it can also be provided with cold spotting guns with tank for spotting agents.
