PONY AT EXPODETERGO 2022

During the EXPOdetergo International 2022 exhibition days, PONY, a leading company in the sector, will have the opportunity to welcome its visitors to the booth with live demonstrations of the models that have consecrated the company over the past 60 years. Moreover, PONY will introduce innovations that are representing the best of the company's philosophy: reliable, sustainable, and long-lasting machines that guarantee high-quality standards.

We have brought great innovations to the shirt-finishers range, and the new DB 360 finisher is one of them. It is a high-tech rotary double-buck shirt press with newly shaped bucks that requires less manpower and energy consumption, guaranteeing maximum productivity and quality.

The new ANGEL 3.0 shirt finisher has been designed with innovative features and it is considered the present-future of the pressed shirt, thanks to the large, anti-shine contoured bucks that completely wrap the shirt, avoiding any marks and creases on the sides. Thanks to an accurate study of the yoke, it allows for a fast dressing, completed by an excellent suction that is precisely fixing the fabric. The powerful 3 HP fan and the H.A.R.S. system for recycling hot air ensures fast drying, significant energy savings and better working conditions.

Continuous micro-evolutions can also be seen in the “blown” EAGLE 2.0 and KITE shirt-finishing, a constant work to improve the shirt-finishing quality of these two highly successful products.

Passing to the presses range, PONY will display the new SMART, a vertical steam or electric collar and cuff press with a small footprint; the new DLP press (Double Legger Press) for pressing simultaneously the four plats of trousers, in a single movement, which can be equipped with the new PLC touch screen control (equipped on all PONY flagship machines) that allows you to manage the machines remotely. 

New products for sanitising rooms, surfaces, fabrics, and objects with steam (SANI BABY) and using ozone (the new OZOCAB) will be also presented.
