I have always worked in the production areas of manufacturing companies, and this year I am celebrating an important milestone: 25 years of experience at Pony. When I arrived as a young man in this stimulating environment, I immediately noticed the intense desire to excel that permeated the company during a time when automation was rapidly advancing, and Pony was solidifying its presence on the international stage.

In just four months, due to my strong commitment and determination, I achieved the position of Department Manager. Five years later, I advanced my career by becoming Production Manager.
