Conferme, certezze ed aspettative sono il bagaglio con cui Pony torna da Texcare 2016.

L’appuntamento fieristico tedesco è stato innanzitutto l’occasione per presentare ufficialmente il sodalizio col distributore tedesco TREYSSE, operativo capillarmente in tutta la Germania grazie ad una vasta rete di venditori, che ha saputo attrarre numerosi clienti finali interessati alla conoscenza dei prodotti Pony ed al loro acquisto. Un ritorno significativo, in termini di vendite, che ha ricompensato Pony degli investimenti fatti per essere presente a Francoforte in qualità di protagonista.

Lo stand Pony, ricco di macchine in funzione e di dimostrazioni dal vivo, ha infatti attratto molti visitatori, equamente divisi tra paesi europei e continente asiatico; mentre la presenza dei rappresentati americani e africani è stata meno rilevante. Tra le macchine che hanno suscitato maggiore interesse vi è indubbiamente la versione aggiornata di EAGLE, manichino stira camicie a sistema misto pressato-soffiato diventato ormai un vero punto di riferimento di mercato. Eagle è stato presentato con una nuova interfaccia touch screen, un nuovo impianto pneumatico Energy Saving che, unitamente all’ormai rodato sistema per il recupero dell’aria calda, permette di ottenere un risparmio energetico del 30% nei tempi di asciugatura e nei consumi; un pressa spalle più compatto e con gruppi tendi maniche rinnovati, per ottenere la massima precisione nel tensionamento delle maniche. La gamma stira camicie si è resa protagonista dello stand Pony anche grazie al nuovissimo manichino singolo pressato Angel 2.0, che presenta importanti modifiche rispetto al suo predecessore “Angel”: dimensioni ridotte, maggiore silenziosità grazie alla nuova collocazione del sistema di aspirazione dell’aria, un nuovo pannello frontale con PLC ad interfaccia touch-screen ed un’altezza minima pensata per agevolare anche gli operatori di bassa statura.

“L’esperienza Eagle” ha poi permesso di progettare Angel 2.0 completo di sistema per il recupero dell’aria calda, così da poterlo annoverare tra i manichini “Energy Saving”. L’attenzione verso la particolarità di ogni mercato trova conferma anche nel manichino Doppio Pressato e Rotativo, in cui il castello è stato proposto in versione “SMALL” per meglio adattarsi sia alle taglie tipiche del territorio asiatico, sia ai modelli slim di recente tendenza. Non sono state trascurate nemmeno le esigenze del cliente finale, che sempre più spesso si trova nelle condizioni di non poter usufruire di un impianto di vapore centralizzato, dovendo necessariamente optare per un sistema completamente elettrico. E’ il caso del manichino multifunzione 404, presentato nella versione “total electric” e adatto sia per lo stiro di capi lavati ad acqua che per quelli lavati a secco: caratteristiche che lo rendono un vero “jolly”, con una versatilità adatta sia per lo stiro delle camicie che per i capospalla.

A complemento degli stira camicie non poteva mancare la nuova pressa collo-polsi “Smart” : ideata per essere posizionata in poco spazio, Smart si sviluppa “in verticale” e si fa apprezzare per un’elevata ergonomia che consente all’operatore di lavorare con la postura corretta. Le dimensioni compatte ne agevolano il trasporto attraverso porte standard e gli accorgimenti tecnologici, come la fotocellula per il rilevamento dei capi e la partenza dell’aspiratore, agevolano il lavoro dell’operatore. Smart è disponibile sia in versione completamente elettrica, sia nella variante “ibrida” con piano inferiore elettrico e piano superiore riscaldato a vapore. Novità che sono state ben recepite dai visitatori di Texcare e che hanno trovato un importante riscontro sia in termini di visite che di vendite, gratificando il costante impegno dello staff Pony nel proporre soluzioni all’altezza delle aspettative dei propri clienti.

Confirmations, certainties and expectations. This is what Pony came back from Texcare 2016 with. First of all, the German exhibition was the occasion to officially announce the partnership with German distributor TREYSSE, which operates across the whole German territory with its widespread sales network able to draw the customers’ attention to getting to know and eventually buy Pony’s products.

The outcome, in terms of sales, was outstanding, and returned the investments made by Pony in order to play a leading role in Frankfurt. Pony’s booth displayed a wide range of equipment and live demonstrations, drawing a lot of visitors mostly from European and Asian countries. The attendance of visitors from America and Africa was less relevant. Undoubtedly the updated version of hybrid shirt finisher EAGLE (with pressed and air-blowing finishing system) was one of the main attractions, and is now a real milestone in the market.

Eagle was presented with its new touch screen HMI, its new Energy Saving pneumatic system – which, together with the already well tested hot air recovery system, enables to save up to 30% in drying time and in Energy consumption – a smaller shoulder press and a new sleeve stretching device, for top accuracy in tensioning the shirt sleeves. The shirt finishing line of equipment took the spotlight on Pony’s booth, thanks also to the new single-buck shirt press Angel 2.0, which features relevant changes in comparison to its previous version “Angel”. The size is reduced; thanks to the new position of its vacuum motor its noise levels are now much lower; it features a new touch screen HMI PLC placed on the front panel and its minimum height eases the job for short operators.

The“Eagle experience” brought to the engineering and developing of Angel 2.0 with its own hot air recovery system, thus allowing it to be included in the “Energy Saving” finishers.

The new additional “SMALL” version of the dummy is the acknowledgment of Pony’s attention to the different peculiarities of each market. The “SMALL” body excellently fits in with both the typical Asian shirt sizes and to the latest-fashion slim-fit shirts. The double buck rotary press unit with significant modifications and improvements from the past version was also displayed on the booth; it now represents the top of the PONY finishers’ range and meets the requirements of the clients with remarkable volumes of work. The end-customer’s needs haven’t been ignored.

More and more often they find themselves in the situation of not having the chance to have central steam, and they need to fall back on a total-electric system. The 404 multi-finisher, presented in its “total-electric” version, is the ideal solution. It’s suitable for finishing both washed and dry-cleaned garments; this feature makes it a real “joker”, suitable for both shirts and outerwear. And the shirt-finishing line wouldn’t be complete without the new collar-and-cuff press “Smart”, designed for small rooms.

Smart extends vertically and is highly ergonomic, allowing the operator to work and keep a correct posture. Its small size makes it easy to carry through standard doors, and its enhanced technological features, such as its photocell-controlled garment reading and vacuum start, ease the work of the operator. Smart is available both in its total-electric version and in its “hybrid” version with electrically heated lower buck and steam heated upper head. These new equipments have been well appreciated by the Texcare visitors, and brought significant results both in terms of visitors and sales, thus rewarding the dedicated effort of the Pony staff in giving solutions that meet their customers’ expectations.
