COLLAR AND CUFF PRESSES

The new line of Collar and Cuff presses is the perfect combination with Pony shirt finishers. They guarantee impeccable finishing thanks to their powerful squeezing pressure and excellent heat distribution on their bucks. Our customers can choose the press that most suits their needs based on the dimensions and required productivity. All presses are equipped with powerful vacuum units to facilitate placing collar and cuffs and quickly remove any residual moisture. Additionally, Pony Collar and Cuff series offers:

- NO-SHINE Technology: the upper bucks are Teflon-coated to achieve excellent ironing without leaving shine on dark fabrics.

-  the best ergonomic solutions to enable the operator to work with the correct posture, without getting tired.

NEW SMART

Small-sized vertical collar-and-cuff press with Teflon-coated upper buck, lower buck with vacuum and padded with silicone and Nomex® cloth. Both bucks are steam-heated (steam version) or electrically heated (electric version). Twin-button head closing system with safety devices.

Productivity: up to 80 shirts per hour.

CCP

Collar-and-cuff press with Teflon-coated upper buck, lower buck with vacuum and padded with silicone and Nomex® cloth. Both bucks are steam heated. Twin-button head closing system with safety devices. This press can also be equipped with a built-in boiler to feed a single buck shirt finisher.

Productivity: up to 80 shirts per hour.

DOUBLE

The larger bucks of this press allow to finish TWO collars and FOUR cuffs at the same time. Teflon-coated upper buck, lower buck with vacuum and padded with silicone and Nomex® cloth. Both bucks are steam heated.

Productivity: up to 150 shirts per hour.

QUAD

This compact-designed quadruple rotary press has a modular framework that eases transport and passage even in tight spaces. Teflon-coated upper buck, two lower bucks with vacuum and padded with silicone and Nomex® cloth. All bucks are steam heated. PLC touchscreen controls.

Productivity: up to 240 shirts per hour.
