Education and Industry: Students Visit Pony

On February 4th, 2026, Pony was pleased to welcome the 4th-year class of the European Legal and Economic High School of the Gonzaga Institute in Milan to its headquarters for an educational visit focused on discovering the business world and its organizational and production processes.

The students were welcomed as real customers, allowing them to immediately understand Pony’s business approach and its strong focus on customer service. In the training room, they had the opportunity to learn about the company’s history, its values, and internal organization, gaining a comprehensive overview of the Pony reality.

The visit then continued in the production area, where the students were able to follow the entire production cycle: from material sourcing to metal fabrication with technologically advanced machinery, from the vertical warehouse to product assembly, and through to testing, packaging, and shipping. This tour highlighted one of Pony’s key strengths: the entire production chain is managed in-house.

Afterwards, in the showroom, the students attended practical demonstrations of ironing with our state-of-the-art machines, such as the shirt-finisher and the trouser topper, and also had the opportunity to try them out firsthand.

The day concluded with a shared lunch, providing a moment for discussion and exchange. Student’s feedback was extremely positive, with great enthusiasm, curiosity, and strong interest in seeing firsthand how the working world operates within a leading company in the sector.
