TEXCARE 2012 EXHIBITION CLOSED ITS DOOR'S WITH GREAT RESULS FOR PONY

Texcare 2012 exhibition closed its doors with great results for PONY, who had a popular appeal among visitors from all over the world and received the  appreciation and esteem of most visitors both for keeping up with technological evolution on our machines, and for the design of our booth which was particularly enticing.

Most of the machines displayed, were in operation for live demonstrations during all exhibition hours, gathering small crowds of people interested to see all finishing stages on the different machines; the expert PONY staff was happy to supply all kinds of information to all visitors who honoured with their visit.

Leading brand on the international market of industrial pressing and finishing machinery for dry-cleaning stores, laundries and garment factories for over 50 years, with more than 200 distributors in over 60 countries, PONY displayed a large selection of its range on its 150 sq. mt. booth at Texcare International 2012 in Frankfurt to give visitors the opportunity to have a complete picture of the current PONY line as well as of the news that are going to be included in the standard production soon; among the news, a completely new steam iron and a new version of toppers with built-in boiler, besides the most significant models lately introduced in the PONY range such as the single buck shirts press model ANGEL and the double leg press PANTAMASTER for the ideal and easy trousers finishing.

This model for trousers finishing obtained a great approval from the customers, who particularly appreciated its easy of use and its high quality output.

In addition to the famous PONY dry-cleaning presses, with up-steam released by head and buck, the separate line of laundry presses with hot head were displayed , like the rectangular laundry press model LAV/R recommended not only for table covers and napkins but also for labcoats and blouses.

For the emerging wet cleaning market there was a specific set of machines in operation on the PONY booth, such as the tensioning former FORMPLUS-S with easily automatic adjustable height and width which is an evolution of the existing model FORMPLUS, and the MPT-DP2 pants topper with pneumatic tensioners and special paddles for pleats pressing.

The visitors could also see most of the ironing table models produced by PONY (vacuum/blowing/up-steam tables), either self-contained or for central supplies, with fixed height or adjustable height, utility or rectangular, as well as the different form finishers for jackets/coats, the ones for shirts such as model 405-Evo or ANGEL, or the multi-finishers for both functions (wet work and dry work), models 403 or 404.

The rotary finishing cabinet COSMOS attracted those dry-cleaners looking for an easy-to-use machine to de-wrinkle big volumes of both trousers and jackets in combination with an ironing table by side for touch-up.

The spotting section displayed the traditional cold and spotting boards but also the cabinet KAPPA (ex Spot  master) with activated carbons filter in line with the more and more demanding international laws in terms of environment and operator protection.

Also on display, the range of steam generators for one or more irons and central steam generators to run several machines, together with few different versions of vertical pants topper.

The final result for PONY was extremely positive  and widely paid back its investments for the show.
