WE ARE PONY – Damiano Castoldi

In the 30 years that I have been with Pony, I have worked in the assembly phase of several production lines, which has allowed me to get to know each machine and its evolution in depth.

Subsequently, I enriched my experience in the Prototyping area and now I am responsible for Technical Support. The team not only provides quick and efficient responses to our distributors and customers but also collects and benefits from their feedback. This ongoing process significantly contributes to the development and improvement of our current technology solutions, as well as to the exploration of future options.

Throughout my professional career, I have had the privilege of getting to know many of our customers personally, some of whom have become close friends. Knowing thoroughly their needs allows us to continually improve our services.
